Custom and personalized orders

As all of our products are made once an order is placed, we do not offer refunds, size or color exchanges but please contact us within 2 hours of purchase.

Any claims for delayed shipment or damaged goods

To qualify for a refund or reshipment, you must contact us within 4 weeks after the product is received for any misprinted/damaged/defective items and no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date for packages lost in transit.

Changes to an order

In some cases, we are able to make modifications to your order after purchase, such as changing the garment size, color, design, etc. However, once the fulfillment process has begun, unfortunately, we will not be able to edit or cancel the order.

If a wrong address was entered or if you simply would like to have it shipped to a different address, please send us a message within 2 hours of purchase and we will update this for you.
